All duly completed forms should be submitted with photocopies of credentials, a passport-size photograph, a CV, and N10,000.00 (for fellow members) or N5,000.00 (for other members). Cash or bank draft payments could be made to the Institute of Public Management; UBA A/c: 1012851633, or Zenith Bank A/c: 1012330253, directly under advice from the Registrar/CE.
